David Franco-Julian, CEO, Protiv: an Unstoppable Founder story
For any SaaS B2B founder, you're not going to find a coaching platform that's better than this. There's not a lot of coaching platforms that are that well-packaged for the price point. Taking very specific key elements out of his course was worth every penny.

This is our 7th year operating Unstoppable and serving AI SaaS Founders. Throughout the years, as Unstoppable Founders have joined our membership, implemented our methodology, and experienced success, we've given out trophies and collected their success stories.
It's a gift. Nobody else has a system that actually shows you how to do this critical thing. Don't be penny wise, pound foolish. This is a great opportunity for you to really hone in on your business.
It was my first SaaS startup, and I just knew that I didn't have the tools and techniques to grow a SaaS company. Once I joined, we went through the whole system. You helped with a lot of ad hoc questions I had, like pricing.
When we joined the program, it was a methodology that really resonated with us. Going and defining your ideal customer, building the manifesto, it brought a lot of those ideas and thoughts into a very organized fashion.
I wish I had this program ten years ago. This would have been an awesome way to focus and establish what we're doing now and build it from there. It would have saved us some time.
Before I took the program, we needed to identify the best path that would allow us to reach the first $1M of ARR with the resources and people we had and accelerate growth by more than 3x per year. Working with TK helped me to understand that we had good ideas, but we needed to prioritize, create a strategy and align our efforts. Since joining the GTM program, we have successfully exceeded our $1M ARR target and have gone on to raise a $5M Series A.

I was needing was something that was very deep in the go-to-market space itself, and I wanted somebody who could take that deep dive and really get to the heart and the foundation of the issue. TK's program is exactly what I was looking for.
It used to take us an average of 160 to 200 days to close a large enterprise deal. Even a year ago, that was the case. Now we're under 60 days.
I don't know if TK's framework for GTM is the best framework, but it is a framework. And having something to follow is a hundred times better than nothing.
We didn't focus on higher education as our ICP until about twelve months ago. And then it cranked.
You're forced to take an idea, put it on paper, and really figure out how you can make this concise. You're forced to confront what you think you know to what you actually know. That's been a really powerful breakthrough.
I found it really beneficial in terms of drilling down into metrics and what will really drive our business forward: working out the maths, finding out how many leads you need to generate sales, and working out who your ideal customer is.
The value versus the cost is non-arguable. The value that coming into the program gives is far more than what you pay for it.
The biggest thing was having a framework to find that grounding. The program gave me a foundation to methodically start to knock down each of those open questions and answer them for myself and for my team.
The distinction between business choke points and drama choke points was a wow moment for me. I never thought a person's own inhibitions could actually affect the business, but it is not true.
Really amazing, expertly curated content TK. Such incredibly thoughtful and immediately valuable guidance, materials and tools. We are going to be very busy executing this playbook, well done. Big thank you from the Traxo team.
Andres Fabris CEO, Traxo

Working on the strategic narrative was super good because it really helped us to think on a very deep level about our strategy, not just in our sales pitch, but as a company, what is our mission?
The most valuable part of the GTM program is the one-on-ones with TK. The hot seats are also valuable, as is the course, but the one-on-ones are a really valuable way of having an objective adviser.
When we started working with you guys and building the manifesto, which actually is a great thing to do and everyone should focus on that. Our manifesto was: events should be a marketing channel for the company.
The go-to-market program is a blueprint and a road map for things that we didn't have expertise in. It's really leveraging his experience as a founder who has not only founded companies, but also gotten to the point of exit.
You have a proven experience and an understanding of SaaS businesses. The guidance we received from you made the difference and saved me and my team a few headaches.
What's wonderful about his program is that it scales with us as a business, adapts with us over time, and is with us through the whole life cycle.
If you have a great idea but you're not used to developing a go-to-market strategy, it gives you that framework or that roadmap on how to do that in a very simple, straightforward method.
The framework around how you do the messaging was really helpful. Going through your process and the framework got us to a point where the first time I said it publicly, I got immediate validation.
Since joining the program, we have 3X our MRR. TK seems to ask the right questions and hand you the perfect tools every time to bring you 3 steps forward. I already started on the strategic planning, but after the workshop I know we can level up even more. Just increased our ARR goal, and after making it feasible with the OKR method TK presented it does not feel far out of reach at all.
Rick van den Bosch CEO, Channext
Once you have a framework to really see where things are breaking down and have someone else be able to give you another view of that, it's really, really helpful.
After coming into your program, that was an eye-opener. You really codified it into a framework that you can install and download in your brain.
I had so much value from interactions with TK, but also from the community he's built of other people who are signed up for the SaaS launch program.
I have a software as a service company, and it is a totally different animal. It requires a different strategy for marketing, pricing, sales, and investment, and all of those things are covered in this program, which is phenomenal.
You've been through it and I feel like you understand what it's like and the internal struggles. It means a lot to me to have someone like you who I can look to and feel understood so I can move forward.
The things he teaches you are just principles that have been proven. If you apply those principles, then you're able to have success.
Your depth of knowledge moves mountains. We wouldn't do what we do without the structure, depth, and sincerity you provide us. The credibility that adds is absolutely monumental.
TK runs one of the best programs for SaaS Founders I have come across. He genuinely cares about all the companies in his cohort and puts countless hours in to ensure a personalized experience. I would put my name behind him and his program any day of the week.
Russell Reeder Founder, CoachIQ
What I found is something fundamentally more mechanical than other things I've tried. What you want in a go-to-market program is the nuts and bolts that, when executed, will produce a result.
The steps in your go-to-market program make a lot of sense, where ICP definition upfront really is the foundation for everything. If you don't have that right, then you can't really talk about pricing.
You can get this process in bits and pieces, but there is no continuity from where to start and where to end. TK has really outlined that process step-by-step, and that's really helping me out.
I would certainly do this again for the community and hearing people's stories. It just puts some gas in your tank.
Something I struggle with is having peers that are going through the same thing. Part of the program is just really good to meet other high-quality entrepreneurs that are sharing the same journey.
When you meet other founders, you think you're alone and that your problems are unique. But then you meet with others on the program and realize they have the same issues.
The most valuable things were building the manifesto and my email sequence. Having that structure, knowing that you're giving the right message and hitting the key points, was really, really helpful.
Not only do I get to see a clear framework, but I also get to bounce that idea off of others that have either been through it or are going through it, and hear that collective knowledge and wisdom. That's very powerful.
TK just has this knack of being able to surface challenges for you and get you to look at the impact that not making changes to your go-to-market strategy will have.
It's crazy that it was just last spring we were doing an MVP, probably making hundreds of dollars a month. Now, we're starting to get enterprise clients with thousands of staff and ten thousands of MRR contract size.
Since joining the program we have accelerated our path to $2.5M+ ARR and raised our Series A. Really well crafted and well thought out strategy in a manner that you just will not find in books or searching around the open web. Exemplary insider information.
Wasim Khalid CEO, Blackbird
If you're under three million ARR, it's definitely a good place for you to be to educate yourself and just stop wasting time on things that do not work.
The entire element of how you look at GTM, right from sharpening the ICP, setting up the Broadway show, and the manifesto, thinking about it step-by-step has made us transfer those learnings to the rest of the team.
I don't think our business would be where it is today if it wasn't for you. So kudos to you. Thank you so much.
The most valuable part is the very well-crafted framework. It's not overwhelming, but at the same time, it gives you a lot of value.
If you're in a SaaS and you need help with your go-to-market strategy, I think TK's a very, very good choice, one of the best you can find. I would highly recommend that you give him a go.
The ability to interact with other founders struggling with the same problem, to relate with others and get coaching from TK at the same time, it's just been great.
I had this messaging that it matters to 51% of the people. And right away, you said, 'Amar, that means it doesn't matter to 49% of the people.' I was like, oh my god, why didn't I think of that?
TK gave us a framework that was really unique that allowed us to understand the differences between how we were selling today and how we could in the future to make a big difference.
He has a really good structure, workflow, and process to get you to think about your ideal customer profile, your channel strategy, and all the aspects of your go-to-market strategy.
Since joining the program we have driven 200% YoY growth. Launching a SaaS business is hard. Trying to curate all the information out there and distill it down into actionable initiatives that move the needle for your business is even harder. TK’s program cut through all the noise and gave us a framework that was based on methods that work and easy to follow templates that helped us uncover chokepoints in our business I did not see before. Highly recommend.
Patty Dao CEO, DailyKarma
The narrative is the unifying everything. We've oriented our core product loop around it. We pulled features out. We put some features on hold. You're saying the same message over and over. It just focuses everything.
If you're struggling with your messaging, your target audience, and your scalable and repeatable go-to-market strategy, I definitely recommend seriously considering going through his coaching program. Chances are it'll pay for one deal.
If you need help clarifying your go-to-market strategy, honing in on your ideal customer and that value proposition you're trying to serve, definitely check out TK's program. It's great and it's full of value adds.
